I seem to have found the first problem - I don't have DefIcons
installed! At least, I didn't, but I have now, and I've set up a jpeg
deficon as you suggested, and now I get the correct icons showing,
great!
Now, all I need to do is to configure the deficon to use Visage
correctly, it steadfastly refuses to perform how I want it to.
I've been messing around with tooltypes all afternoon, without
success. Using a shell, I can get what I want, ie
visage MODE="PicassoIV:1024x768 24bit BGR" SCALE CENTER
but no way can I get this to work from an icon on WB.
